Changing Bad Dieting Habits

My dad seems to think sometimes that he is the health expert of the century.  He talks about his friends and shakes his head at all the stupid things they do, and then he pats himself on the back for all the things he’s doing……  He has been on the HCG diet for a while now, and while at first he was losing weight, that weight loss has basically stopped at this point, which how do you really do that with a 500 calorie diet of nutrient dense foods and exercise!  Answer: he cheats. 

That being said, his big kick a while ago was boca burgers.  He would go to a fast food restaurant, and it’s a matter of um if you’re in a fast food restaurant, nothing is healthy.  Not even the salads are healthy for heaven sake!  But he insists that while all his friends were saying they were trying to lose weight, they went and got burgers while he did really well by getting a boca burger.  It’s fast food!  This is just one example. 

So if you’re really trying to lose weight, don’t fool yourself, don’t justify stupid things, just do what you have to do in order to actually pick healthy weight loss options.
